Hemp Meditation Cushions – Grey
Size 33cm diameter and approx 12 cm Height
Outer cushion: 100% natural hemp with black rims. Inner cushion: 100% cotton and is refillable. Filling: Buckwheat hulls.
Hemp is a sustainable and durable material. The source of hemp for our cushions is the Himalayas.
The outer cover can be removed and washed by hand in cool water if needed.
Sitting on a mediation cushion with the feet crossed helps to keep the spine straight which assists in meditation practice.
