All goods will be dispatched within 5 working days from the date of the order being placed, however we usually aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days.

Returns
We hope you will love you your purchase from us, but if however you are dissatisfied please complete the returns form on your invoice and you may return it for a refund/replacement within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them. Not including damage via postage.
As we are a small family business, return postage is paid by the customer except where an incorrect or defective item has been supplied. We recommend for returns that you use a reputable courier with suitable insurance cover.
Any refunds will be issued within 5 working days of receiving the item to the payment method originally used to purchase the item.
